- Deposit upon booking (to be returned at the end of rental agreement): €200
- End of lease cleaning service: €45
Local tax:
The local tax comes into force in South Tyrol starting from 1 January 2014.
The local tax is charged per head and night by the accommodation provider. Rate varies depending on category of accommodation.
Children up to the age of 14 are not charged the local tax.
Local tax to be paid upon departure and is listed separately in the bill.

Should you for any reason have to depart before the agreed departure date, please understand we may need to charge you for the total period of your booking.
Book by card
Booking becomes binding upon receiving your card details. No amount is deducted from your card: details are stored as a guarantee for your booking.
Payment
On receipt of your booking we will e-mail you a invoice. In this case you should transfer the invoice amount to the account indicated.
